Storage sheds are a great structure to store items that are used outdoors or aren’t needed daily. Storage sheds are the most fundamental way to store your items and keep your living or garage space free from clutter. This causes a huge stress relief since you can take all your clutter and organize a designated space. We recommend smaller sheds if you are planning on filling it with items like pet supplies, grilling equipment or small lawn maintenance items. If you are looking for an area to place tractors, bicycles, and recreational equipment, our larger sheds are best so you can still have ample space left for moving around inside.
Stoltzfus Structures storage sheds are offered in several different models, such as the mini barn, a-frame (most common), quaker, hywall, modern lean-to, dormer, timber frame, hip roof, or firewood. Each has their own unique appearance and there’s always a way to customize any of these sheds to fit your needs. Some of these styles, depending on the size chosen, can even fit a single car, act as a workshop, or a great compost and recycling location, if you are looking for a little extra space besides just storage.
Garden Sheds
Garden sheds are utilized to store gardening and lawn equipment, whether that be your smaller tools like shovels, rakes, and bags of dirt or your larger items like lawn motors, leaf blowers, and weed whackers. These sheds can be customized to match your homes exterior to create a cohesive property, or to make a statement with opposite colors than your home. If you wished to keep the colors the same as your home, we could create custom paint colors for a small price, or you can choose the closest match we offer. Our garden sheds also come as a kit if you are handy and wish to build your own, or you can leave all of that up to us and we will deliver it fully built. Garden sheds come in tons of different styles such as garden a-frame, garden hywall, garden carriage, garden charm, garden transom dormer, garden manor, garden hip roof, and a garden cottage. Specifically, the garden manor and garden cottage include an additional overhand and front porch, which you can spruce up with outdoor decorations.

Elite Sheds
The Elite sheds are higher quality both in customizations, storage size, and appearance. These sheds often look like they are a small home with their normal home-style shutters, higher pitched roof and even overhangs that can function as a small porch. There’s also upgrades such as a large overhang, a 10’ high pitch roof, 8’ high sidewalls, octagon windows, stone veneer, a chicken coop or a trellis. The higher pitched roof gives the shed a steeper roof, making it look larger and higher quality with its large amount of roofing. As always, the colors of your elite shed can be customized based on your wants and needs. Elite sheds come in four styles, including the garden a-frame, garden hywall elite, garden carriage elite, and the manor elite, but we are always open to customizations.
Typically, any shed will be used for some kind of storage, and the elite shed will work great for all types of storage, large or small. Store your gardening tools, equipment, pools toys and furniture, bicycles, and lawn equipment. Elite sheds are often used as an outdoor living space instead of just a storage space. Finally, if you are looking for a statement piece with all the bells and whistles to make your backyard stand out while also having a higher quality space to hold your loose items, we recommend the elite shed.
How to get your perfect shed?
Site Preparation is a common question often asked about shed delivery. Stoltzfus Structures is always happy to quote you site preparation from our contracted crews, but if you wish to complete your own, we can provide tips to help you prepare for your delivery. A shed must have a prepared storage pad so the shed doesn’t settle disproportionately and so the base retains its longevity.
Almost all our sheds are prebuilt, but if your property causes a challenge with our delivery equipment, building on site is an option at an additional cost. Prebuilt sheds are delivered by our truck services, then will be unloaded into the street or your driveway. The mule is what we use to get your shed from point A to point B, so the street/driveway to the prepared shed site. The mule works great at maneuvering around objects and is perfect for those worried about extreme yard damage with deliveries.
