I did a ton of research before selecting Stoltzfus Structures to build my new 26×28 2-story garage. I must say I am a tough customer to exceed expectations but Jonathan and his team accomplished it. Jonathan answered all my questions and concerns with patience and professionalism. I felt good about my decision to order the garage but in all candor was still a little nervous that it would be delivered and constructed on my site properly. The team showed up on time and went to work—all I can say is I was wowed by how hard these young men worked over 2 days to erect my new garage. Thanks for the follow up message.  I’ve attached a bunch of photos of the shed.  We absolutely love it!  It looks fantastic and it matches the house perfectly both in style and color.  Most of these photos show the shed as it was delivered, with the white shutters and door.  The last photo shows the shed after we color matched the door & the shutters to the house.

It is simply amazing!  I can’t wait to start organizing the inside of the shed!!

We just recently had a 12×24 garage shed built and delivered. Stoltzfus Structures made the entire process easy and fun! We got to walk through several already existing garage sheds in their lot to get an idea of layout, and worked with Peter to finalize our design. He even had us bring our motorcycles up to see how they would fit in a similar size garage so we could figure out the best placement for the garage door in relation to our driveway and where we thought we’d place it. We changed the design once during the process, no sweat! He got us set up with John who did measurements on the pad and coordinated our pad construction. Peter answered questions that made getting our permit easy. The pad was done in less than one business day, he came right on time, and the pad looks fantastic. When the garage shed was delivered (also on time, maybe even a few minutes early!), it was amazing to see the operation to get it from the truck to the pad. Fast, and it was just one person who moved it and another person to direct traffic around the truck! The garage shed looks fantastic, we were able to choose from a wide selection of paint, trim and shingle colors so we could match it as closely as possible to the house. We only had one issue about a week later the first time we opened the side door since it was placed, it was sticking because the garage shed settled a little bit. We called this AM and they are at the house right now lifting up one corner of the garage shed so the door doesn’t stick!! Excellent customer service, excellent installation, price is spot on (we did a lot of comparison shopping), and a high-quality product.

Our second purchase from Stoltzfus Structures was a customized “Man Cave”.  It’s 12 feet by 32 feet of awesomeness!  Working with John at Stoltzfus Structures was extremely easy and he was quick to respond to my many questions and changes along the way.

We are very happy with our new “Man Cave” (which is really a pool house for us), and there is nothing cooler than watching Stoltzfus Structures deliver a nearly 400 square foot building.  Our neighbors were blown away when they saw the building driving down the street seemingly on its own, due to the remote controlled “Mule” machine that placed the building perfectly on our slab foundation.

We will definitely recommend Stoltzfus Structures to our friends and family and anyone else who admires our new pool house, and we are looking forward to many years of relaxing and enjoying our new addition to our property!
