Garage was delivered on Friday and it was everything they promised! Delivery professional was exactly that, extremely professional. He had my garage on my foundation in 10 minutes and he centered it perfectly! I have, and will continue to promote their service and business to anyone I talk to. From start to finish, the service was exceptional. The team was professional, friendly, and made the entire process smooth and hassle free. I am extremely happy with my Stoltzfus shed. The team was at my home early in the morning and within 2 hours, my shed was in place and ready for use. Danielle was more than helpful during the initial sales process and during installation. Before leaving, the installation crew asked me several times whether I was satisfied with the shed. They even touched up a couple of small areas where there were a couple of nicks in the paint. Definitely reach out to Danielle at Stoltzfus if you are in the market for a shed!!

Can I finance my shed?

Yes, we work with several financing partners to get you the right financing for your specific situation and unique needs.

Do your sheds have a warranty?

Yes! We offer a 10-year warranty on all our standard sheds. Our warranties only apply to materials that we have provided. Any materials provided by customers are not covered by our warranty. Please ask us about it; we will be glad to provide more information on our warranties.

Do I need a permit for my shed?

It depends on a variety of factors. If you have a general idea of the size shed you are interested in, we suggest checking with your local municipality because there isn’t a universal rule. We will be glad to assist you in this process.

How should my shed site be prepped?

We recommend a stone pad, extending one foot around the entire footprint of your structure. We typically suggest a pressure treated 4×4 perimeter, weed barrier, and then 4’– 6’’ of 3/4’’ crushed stone. We can help with this.

Does the delivery truck need to go into my yard?

No, our delivery drivers have small, highly maneuverable forklifts on their trucks called Mules. If you have somewhat narrow access, you typically will need an opening 2’ – 3’ wider than the building. You will need to remove fences if needed. If access is an issue, we do offer build-on-site services.

Can you get rid of my old shed?

Yes, we offer our shed disposal service. When you order your new shed, give us the details on your old shed. We can then give you a quote on removal. We want to make this process as simple as possible for you. This is a great option to avoid the hassles of tearing down and removing your old shed.
